1. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in British pounds sterling £(GBP) and will be billed in British pounds sterling. All new guitar prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5%, unless specified. We accept credit and debit card payments online through our secure checkout and by telephone. We also accept payment by Paypal, Google Checkout, personal cheque and bank transfer. If your credit card company operates in a different currency, your credit card company will convert payment from British pounds sterling to your local currency at their current conversion rate. Please note that if paying by cheque or bank transfer, funds have to be cleared before your order will be shipped. It normally takes three to five working days to clear cheques and bank transfers. Cheques should be made payable to 'McGuitars'. Cheques should be mailed to McGuitars, 205 Rathfriland Road, Dromara, Co. Down, BT25 2EQ, United Kingdom. We only accept cheques drawn on a UK bank account and payable in GBP.
2. Delivery of Orders
Goods can be delivered worldwide. The checkout process will calculate shipping rates to the U.K. and most of Europe and North America. If your country is not listed on our shipping table please contact us and we will advise the delivery charge. Customers should be aware that the estimated delivery dates are a guide to when you should expect your item. We will in most cases ship your order the same day if ordered between Monday and Friday before 1.30pm. This means that your order could be with you as early as the next working day. We will inform you by email when goods have been dispatched and when you can expect delivery, a tracking no will also be supplied.
3. Credit and Debit Card Security
All credit and debit card processing is handled securely on encrypted pages. We do not see your card details unless you mail or telephone an order. In such cases your detils are immediately destroyed as soon as the order process has been completed. We take security very seriously.

If no goods have been delivered, we will confirm receipt of your cancellation and make an immediate full refund. If any goods have already been delivered, we will confirm receipt of your email and ask you to return the goods. Do not return any goods until we ask you. All goods returned must be in original and undamaged condition. All costs incurred with the return of goods will be the reponsibility of the original purchaser. As soon as we receive the goods and are satisfied that they are in original and undamaged condition we will make a full refund. If goods are returned in an unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and / or depreciation fee. 8. Remittance Terms
