Burny Les Paul

Burny Les Paul, probably model FLG70. This Made in Japan guitar has original pickups and has just been setup so plays great. Most Burny's do not have serial numbers so are hard to verify as Made in Japan, this guitar has serial no 7xxxxx so it is easy to identify as from 1977.

You could probably call this a "Lawsuit" guitar as it comes from a time when the USA manufacturers were concerned about Japan producing such quality copies. Also, this guitar has Les Paul Model on the headstock, Burny later changed this to Super Grade to try and avoid a lawsuit for copyright infringement.

Burny are considered to be the best copy of vintage Gibson guitars due to the fact that they meticulously copied all details including headstock shape and angle, neck profile, and carved top. The Burny/Fernandes PAF pickups are also considered to be the very best around.

This is a chance to own a piece of history, quite rare, oh...and also a fantastic playing guitar !
